The
HRD Online blended learning system has 10
skill areas and 73
competencies (MAP excluded). This enables the Training Manager, Coach
and/or Line Manager to conduct employee performance led
Training Needs Analysis.
The
approach assess the relevance of a competence to an individual's role
and then assess the individual's level of attainment in that competence.
If a development gap exists then the blended learning system will establish
a Personal Development Plan and produce a Prioritised Development Schedule.
